Cellphone contract
Since my last review, up until today I have not been assisted, still waiting for the contract, received a call on the 24th Oct and the guy promised me he will sort it out but still. I'm not happy about the security questions that happened 10 years back and some of the things you cannot remember I was involved in a car accident spend 3 months in ICU and something are gone, it is unfair that a person will treated unfairly because of some of her memory lose.
