Cellphone contract
I have been trying to upgrade a Vodacom contract for two weeks now and have called Vodacom and been in to their store in Fourways. According to their records my number (that I have had since 1997) is listed under a business contract with RMCS. A couple of years ago a debit had gone off on my Edgars account which I had not agreed to and this was cancelled. I have tried for two days to call the RMCS no ( ********** 011) and sent emails but have had no response. The no cuts off after their menu selection message. Please could someone come back to me! (I will respond with my cell no.)
