Cellphone Contract

Vodacom never seems to disappoint when it comes to giving people the worst service ever. I went into Dion Wired Bedfordview on Saturday morning to apply for cellphone contract and the agent (Bongani) who assisted me was very helpful he gave me an application form to fill in and took all my supporting documents and he told me he needs to send them through to vodacom i should come back after 4 hours, when i came back my application was still pending and he said I should come back Sunday i went back Sunday morning I was told to come back 4 hours later I came back the status was still on pending he called Vodacom and they told him there were a number of applications sent through but it will be ready, Im back now today still my application is pending. Is your contract division that inefficient that I have to wait 3 days for a reply?! Im really disappointed in this service Im ready to move to another service provider as this is not my first bad encounter with you.
