Cellphone contract - ***
<p>A new cellphone contract was taken out at Vodacom in Canal Walk Shopping Centre Cape Town. The amount of R298.76 was deducted on 27 July 2016 by debit order from Mrs SC van Vuuren's account. On 1 August the same amount was deducted again by debit order. Mrs Van Vuuren phoned the call centre on 3 August. They promised a refund within 14 days, but it did not happen yet. Please help!</p>
