Cellphone complaint

Hello Peter I bought a Vodacom contract j7 pro earlier this year, it was only a few weeks old when one time it fell from a very short height then days later started having ink on the screen, I reported this matter at Vodacom but I was told that I'm negligent and careless but I still couldn't understand though because I've owned plenty of phones and they fell from time to time but never not even once leaked any ink so why just in one fall then boom oozing ink. So days later I was ****** and my phone taken but luckily I got insurance so my phone was replaced and got the same j7 pro . Yesterday it fell from bed height then this morning started noticing some ink on the screem so I don't understand how a phone this expensive could have such poor quality, I'm really ****ed at Vodacom right now for selling me poor quality phones, what do I do from now??
