Cellphone Blacklisting without Customer's Request

Email dated 30/10/2015 @12:15 from Eckhardt van Schalkwyk (Centurion Branch) refers.<br> I went to Vodacom Centurion branch on 30/10/2015 to get an iPhone quote for repairs and replacement for my insurance claim as my phone screen is cracked. I was then told my phone is blacklisted since September 2014 therefore they are not allowed to book for repairs quotation. I have been using the phone since mid 2013 through my Vodacom contract and have never experience any issues to suggest that it was blacklisted. My query was escalated to Pinkie Mkorongo at Head Office via email to resolve my query as I need to book the phone in for repairs and replace quotation for my insurance. As of today, I have not received any feedback from Vodacom and have visited the branch for follow up to no success. This inconvenience has a negative effect on my insurance claim and it is very offending. May someone senior at head office please intervene as a matter of urgency!
