Cellphone blacklisting

I have been trying to get 4 phones blacklisted with Voadcom. I could not do this via the call centre because the theft happened a while ago and I therefore did not have the answers to the security questions. I then completed forms which I sent to Neliswa at [Email Removed] I still havent received the ITC numbers that I require for my insurance claim.
