CELLPHONE BLACK LISTED AND NOT ALLOWED (IM A MTN CUSTOMER)

I'm a MTN customer. I do have a contract with MTN. I did get a S7 Edge (Samsung) and last year the phone stopped worked. I took it to MTN they send in my phone to repair. They send back and the report: Phone blacklisted by Vodacom. How can you (Vodacom) blacklist MY phone? I do not have anything to do with Vodacom.

Im ready to take this on in Court. I dont know WHY Vodacom black list my phone. If I dont hear from you within 7 days from this complaint - I will take legal steps against Vodacom as I was forced to take out another contract and that is costing me money by a fault made by Vodacom.

I went to Vodacom in Somerset Mall and fill in a form - to lift the "faulty" blacklist in July 2018 - still not lifted and my phone still blacklisted. According to the representative within 4 weeks it will be lifted - this is already 6 months.

Without prejudice
