I renewed my contract in April 2023, Vodacom sent Skynet to come deliver my phone, Skynet driver never contacted me instead he came to the company , met someone out of the gate and asked her is her name is Phuti, the person said yes and he gave the phone to the person. I received an sms from vodacom saying i received my order I told them I never received anything and also contacted skynet and requested that they send the driver back to come and confirm if it was me he gave the phone to, the driver came and we called his boss and he confirmed he did not give me the phone and his boss told him he did not follow the procedure. The matter was reported to vodacom. A ***** case was opened for investigation and I was told it will be resolved within 14days, it is now 3months, the matter is not resolved and I'm being taken from pillar to post on top of that vodacom is busy billing me for the device I never received.Im lost for words and don't know what to think of Vodacom now
