Cell Sure Not Helping Customer & Totally Arrogant

I have a vodacom contract and the phone is insured through cell sure. When i phone cell sure to find out what is going on i was met with a arrogant operator.I requested to speak to the supervisor, they kept asking me why, what is my reason. Who the hell does Patrica Tilotsane think she is???? I eventually put the phone down. The point is simple, the insure cover only covers your phone for the value it was purchased at the time. When the phone breaks and they cannot fix it, they put a insurance claim in through Cell Sure. the phone prices goes up and your cover never adjusted and when phone is no longer works, it is your problem. So you must settle for a rebuilt second hand phone or take something else. You can take the newer model but have to pay in a stupid amount. Is the insurance not there to replace what you had. If they no longer make a I phone 5 32gig, how did the replacement costs now become my problem.Why must i settle for second hand *******? It is scary when you spend thousands with a service provider and this is the level of service you get with them!<br> Vodacom and Sure Cell is ***! Their people are arrogant and rude, their service is shocking and they a bunch of *******!
