Cell provider doesn't know what they charge for calls?!

<p>I am in the market for a new cell number for my business. Either pre-paid or contract, depending on the call rate per min. Went into vodacom at the Glen shopping centre this morning and no-one could tell me what they charge. The young guy who helped me said it's "about R1.14". I asked him to find out exactly what the cost was - he asked the manager who also didn't know. By the time I left he had an amount of R2.69 per minute which he also wasn't sure about. How on earth can you sell cell phone contracts all day and not know what you charge the consumer!! Surely people ask this question on a regular basis?! I will try MTN or Cell C in the hope that they know the answer and have a competitive call rate. Shocking service from Vodacom!!! </p>
