CELL PHONE REPAIRS
I TOOK MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY TO HAVE THE PHONE FIXED. IT FELL WHILE I WAS ADDRESSING A MEETING ND GOT SMASHED, WHICH IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY EVEN TO THE POINT OF REPLACEMENT. SINCE I TOOK IT THERE, IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED, I CHECKED WITH THEM ON THURSDAY AND IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY PHONE FIXED OR REPLACED.
