Cell Phone Repair

My phone was sent for repair on the screen in September 2015. I accepted the quote for the repair works but then Vodacom contacted me to select a few phones or the similar device I had. Vodacom's technical dept did not give an explanation to why the phone could not have been repaired. I assume the technician ******ed up the phone.<br> <br> I chose the same hand device (Sony Xperia Z3 Compact) but Vodacom did not have any in stock. They contacted their affiliated stores but no had stock. Their head office was not approached yet with this issue and I refused to take a different hand device. They contacted their warehouse and Sony's head offices but they unsuccessful<br> <br> Its been 3 months now and I still not have my hand device. I have been patient with Vodacom but up until today the situation remains the same.<br> <br> I just do not understand how this big Vodacom service provider can not find a Sony Xperia Z3 in this country. I find it unexceptable and for being a client since 2006.<br> <br> I really hope you can help in this regard.<br> <br> Earl
