Cell phone problems
Three weeks ago I complaint about my cellphone which keeps giving trouble. <br> Vodacom phoned me and I explained the situation to then . They said they will follow it up. <br> My phone was sent in to Vodacom Repair via Cell Shack in Groblersdal for the fourth time in a row.<br> After two weeks i received the phone back but with exactly the same problem. <br> No Cell Shack will send it again to Vodcom Repair for the 5th time. Another two weeks with out a phone. This is ten week ive been without a phone. <br> Why cant they just replace the phone. This will curry on untill the phone is out of warranty then vodacom will just keep on abusing and ignoring there customers<br>
