Cell phone numbers blocked
How does Vodacoms customer service work? Did vodacom became to big for people like us?????? I have multiple contracts (3 cell numbers) with vodacom. After I went into arrears from November 2016, December 2016 and January 2017 - I asked then to stop all services so I can pay the arrears(R7500). Then a month later I was billed again and informed that I received the services and need to pay the latest amount(R10 000)! The one contract expired December 2016, but I could not stop anything due to the fact that I was in arrears. It was only my own number which was not due to be expired within 3 months. I then paid R6000 during 2017. I could still use all phones as pre-paid. Last week I discovered that services are open again and I phoned Vodacom and explained that I am still struggling to pay the arrears, I will never be able to get out the arrears. The first arrears was R7500, then it was R10000, and now they open it up again. I do not want to loose my cell numbers and my two sons numbers. The one lost his job and I could not afford his payments. I also asked vodacom if I could not split the different numbers accounts, but it was not possible. Now after we complained and sorry to say yelled at them, they shut down all services, even phone calls, everything. I phoned today again and have witnesses that I spoke to three people explaining everytime. I was put through to the legal department, explained everything again and then was cut off. I could have closed everything down, but I was trying to pay outstanding bills to save my name and my number. I expect to be contacted by Vodacom immediately!!!!
