Cell phone insurance cancelled for 2 tablets

Hi<br> <br> Around the 4th and the 5th of June 2015, I requested to cancel the insurance for the 2 tablets I took on contract with Vodacom. On the 6th I have received messages from both cell numbers confirming the cancellations, however to my suprise Vodacom has still deducted premiums for the services cancelled.<br> <br> I am really disaponted in Vodacom for the bad services offered to their clients. I am requesting to get refunded of June insurance premium as it was debited after the cancellation.
