Cell phone hacked

My name is Siyabonga Mugabe I've been a customer for vodacom for more than 10 years so now the was someone who made a swim swap and I never received calls or message so the hacker used my number and my watsapp to ask money to my contacts I think the ones that I know they send money plus,minus 10k and now vodacom doesn't have answers for me because my info was leaked and how did the person passed security questions and I didn't get notification so now I need them to take responsibility and try to meet me halfway I went to vodaworld twice still I'm not coming with an answer.
