Cell phone goes in for repairs
To whom it may concern

My name is Nishaan Surjoo. In February 2015 I purchased a Vodacom made ZTE Blade L2 from a Jet store in Pietermaritzburg. In April 2015 the phone started giving me problems when it went into a Chinese mode and began freezing. So I took the phone back to the Jet store from where I purchased it and the sales person advised me that the only thing that I could do was take it to a Vodacom repairs store and book it in for repairs as he could not exchange the unit as it was after 7 days of purchase. The phone was booked in at your repairs store in Pietermaritzburg and sent to Vodacom repairs Durban hub. The phone was assessed at the Vodacom Durban repairs centre and a software upgrade was done on the phone.

On the second occasion the phone started doing the same thing again by going into a Chinese mode and scrolling up and down when the volume button was touched. The phone was once again booked in and sent for repairs. The phone was sent to as far a Johannesburg to the advanced repair centre to get repaired. At the advanced repair centre the was assessed but could not be fixed so it was replaced with a brand new unit.
