Cell phone delivered to the wrong person which I have to keep paying for

On the 9th of September 2020 I did an upgrade online. For a Samsung galaxy note 20.

3 weeks later I phoned Vodacom to hear where is my new upgrade is. They told me it has been delivered. I asked where to. To a Malicent in JHB. My name is Duwan Burr-Dixon and I stay in Newcastle. Yes you guessed it they sent my phone to the wrong address. I told them I can not be held liable for payment as I DID NOT SIGN NOR RECEIVED my upgrade so I am not liable. Vodacom Customer care told me I have to keep paying. After numerous times phoning in AND NOT GETTING ANY HELP I emailed the ***** department logged in a dispute sent in affidavits etc. STILL nothing has happened nor any feedback. 6 months and nothing. I keep paying my R3000 every month for the numbers I use. Now they have blocked my account and my numbers calls coming and going. Now I am losing business because my clients can not get hold of me. I have phoned again today spoke to 3 ladies and all 3 dropped my calls.

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE

I am busy with my lawyers as to take them to court.

You did not read my message properly. You can not call me as you blocked all my calls coming and going? So how would you make contact with me.
