cell phone damage

I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for over 10 years.

My phone unfortunately broke a week or two ago and is repairable.
I wanted to cancel my contract in Dec 2014 but the retention officer advised me on a new contract deal that more affordable. I never took receipt of a new phone as I was more than happy with the current phone I had.

Now I go to Vodacom to see if I can possibly upgrade my contract so that I can get a mobile phone to use.

Now the only options I was given are

- cancel my contract, and if I choose to do so then my current number can no longer be converted back to a contract number.(not acceptable)
-buy a new phone- not a option for me
- lastly ill have to go to cell c and do their \buy out contract"which I don't want to do unless I'm forced to do so.

I want someone from Vodacom to contact me to see if we can come to some sort of a amicable solution where all parties are happy.

Other wise I will be obligated to leave Vodacom

I am unreachable on my cell number please contact me via email"""
