Cell phone

So it have complained on the 12 December on HelloPeter and one of the Vodacom consultants had contacted me on that day and thereafter we have not heard of you again... We still don't have the phone or data and we not receiving any service from you guys yet you guys were quick to deduct money from my husbands account. I badly want this contract to be cancelled before another debit order goes off and I would love all my money back... you guys are quick to sell a product under false pretences band quick to take our money but you guys are bad at assisting us with the complaints. If I don't receive any feedback by the end of business day the complaint will be going to the NCA. you guys have pushed me!!!
