Cell C tops Vodacom by far!!!

We are a business with 4 Cell Contracts and a dedicated account manager. All queries are sorted within 2 hours. However, as Cell C does not have good data coverage, we have decided to move one contract to Vodacom (we already have 3 contracts with Vodacom). We have cancelled the Cell C contract, and have, for the past week, tried to migrate the technician's PERSONAL Vodacom contract to the business to roughly be in the same position as with Cell C - 100 minutes, 100 SMS's, 1 Gig data. <br> <br> This has been going back and forth for the past week, and at this stage, a similar configuration, WITHOUT a handset, as the handset is the technician's own, will cost us nearly R200 more per month! There is no single point of contact within Vodacom to help us with this migration, and we receive different pieces of information, sometimes conflicting. <br> <br> The moment Cell C's coverage is upgraded, we will never do business with Vodacom again!<br> <br> Example: new customers can get 1 Gig data per month for R69 for 24 months.
