CCTV SYSTEM

I just wanted to share my experiences with Vodacom Southgate Spar branch. I bought CCTV Cameras cash from them. They were installed but they didn't give me the password. I inform them and they disconnect the system and took it back to the company for programming. They phoned me on the 8th of July 2021 to inform me that they will be coming to install the system on Monday the 11th of July 2021. Unfortunately that Monday the unrests started in KZN and Southgate Spar was also affected. I phoned Vodacom manager in August and said let's wait until the 2nd of September 2021. Nothing happened and he didn't contact me. I phoned him late last year in December and he said he is in a funeral and will come back to me on Monday. He never came back to me, I am the only one who will always make sure I do a follow up on the progress of this matter. What I notice is that, last time when I spoke to him he was very rude. I am in desperate need of the system so that my CCTV can be in opposition again. Please assist where you can. Thank you.
