Caught between Networks

I sent a request to Vodacom yesterday (03/11/2015) and received a message to say my port has been submitted and that it takes place between 19:30 to 23:30 however nothing has happened yet. I called the Porting Dept's of both Networks more than 3 times today but they keep on passing the buck and referring me from Cell C to Vodacom and vice versa. I spoke to Victor at Vodacom Porting who promised to call me at 12:00 today but did not bother to call at all. I am wondering if me porting back to Vodacom is such a good Idea! At the moment I'm stuck as nobody can assist me to tell me what the problem is and why my number has not been ported!
