Catch a wakeup

Reported here that Vodacom website did not display data on my 4 devices. Happens more often than not. One sim card is the old big sim which is fitted to a standby router which I use only when other service is down. None of the phones I have can accommodate this card. Hence the reason I need the web service which I have been using to verify data on that number. This was always part of the service, SO WHAT DOES VODACOM DO? Reaction to HelloPeter.... We will be in contact with you soon or something similar. NO CONTACT FROM VODACOM but 4 days later get 2 X sms stating that the service ticket with reference number... HAS BEEN CLOSED. WHAT DID YOU DO VODACOM? ****PY SERVICE FROM SO CALLED TECH COMPANY.
