Cat S60 smartphone

My nearly new (3weeks) Cat S60'S battery life has diminished from being able to operate for over 24hrs to if I'm lucky 6 hours.

This all started after a firmware update that was done on Saturday the 11th of march 2017

Vodacom isn't interested in helping unless I take the phone in to a store, their complaints email doesn't work as well

One of the reason I brought this phone was due to its long battery life which it lived up to until the upgrade. Why should I now be inconvenienced by Vodacom, I've been a customer for nearly 13 years, they should be going out of their way to make things better.

No amused

Reviewer Update

Was contacted by Vodacom.

Great call centre personal but as usual big SA corporations failing to help or bend a knee for the customers on a valid issue.

I have to take said phone to a vodashop and swop it for a new one, now I know they don't keep them in stock and will then have to wait a week or two to receive a new one.

We have to go out of our way to help ourselves because deep down they really don't care.

Thank you Vodacom for all your "help" pity I've just signed up for a new 2 year contract.
