CAT S31 BAD PHONE

I bought CAT S31 for a person in KZN in Oct 2019 cash from a Vodacom outlet in The Glen Jhb. The phone had a problem with the speakers. In Aug 2020 I took it to the repair centre in Newmarket Mall in Alberton. The phone was fixed, but the general service from the manager down was bad. Just bear in mind that the phone was courier from and back to Kzn. In Sept 2020 the speakers start getting bad again and 6 Nov 2020 I received it from Kzn and book it again for repairs. Vodacom replaced the unit. 2 weeks after the replacement, we have the same problem with this unit. The phone is still in Kzn but I dont trust the CAT phones any longer and need Vodacom to assist for another brand and credit this unit. This is a bad phone.
