CAT phone

Good day<br> <br> I gave my Cat phone in to repair the on/off button. Job card nr ***8. I got the phone back 24 June in the afternoon beacause Polokwane send it to Mokopane. <br> When I inserted my sim card the phone was not reading te card. I took the phone back to Vodacom Mokopane te next day. They confermed that the sim card slot did't read the sim card and send it back for repairs. Job nr ***8<br> Now I am getting a qoute for almost R900 to repair the phone. I can't exept the qoute.<br> <br> The sim card was fine when they took it in the first time. I got it back and it was damaged.<br> <br> I am struggling to get answers and when the phone will be repaired.<br> <br> I have spoken to Mokopane as well as Vodacom head office. <br> <br> The phone came back from Vodacom 3 times now. <br> <br> Still not repaired. The Quote are more each time. <br> <br> PHONE are not even one year old.<br> <br> I am getting NO assistance from Vodacom.<br>
