Cat B15Q and Vodafone router

I sent both my phone and wifi router in for repairs twice in the last month and both times it came back still not functioning correctly. I don't get any response from them. They keep on telling me that Kim Thornton will contact me to resolve the problem, but nothing happens. I don't know what to do anymore, I've been without my phone now for 5weeks.
