CAT B15

My Cat phone is 3 months old it start by switch of by itself and don't respond if you go back on a app. The phone switch of and don't switch on again. I take it to vodashop for repairs and they say it not economy repairable. Now they say there is 24 months warranty or life time warranty on the phone but they dint give a new phone. So what must i do now
