CASH SLIP ONLY ON REQUEST AND DEFECTIVE

On 2 October 2018 the shop set up certain apps on my cellphone and charged me their standard fee of R40.00. The money was not "rung up" on the cash register and so my receipt had to asked for. The transaction was then rung up and the computer-generated "receipt" (i.e. combined transaction record and receipt) was given to me showing "Data transfer". This document was defective. Some examples include:-

1. It said "IVOICE of which "I" appeared on one line and "VOICE" on the next. 2. It said "CASIER" of which "C" appeared on one line and "ASIER" on the next. 3. The tax line "Tax at 15% R5.22" was written "Tax at 15%" on one line and ".22" on the next. 4. A further tax line read “TAX INCLUDED AT 15% 522” of which “22” appeared on the next line. 5. Incorrect joining of words e.g. “THANK YOUFOR SHOPPINGWITH US” 6. The telephone number of the business was not properly disclosed as the document was "cut off" at the end so that you could only see the top half of each digit.
