Casey at Vodacom Chat
After Vodacom blew my data and airtime I went on Chat With Us and was fortunate enough to get Casey's help. He was outstanding and sorted out the problem in minutes. He was extremely polite and helpful and went way beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue.
