***** case with no feedback since July

I honestly don't know what to say anymore about vodacom. I logged a complaint before, I was promised feedback until today nothing was said. But vodacom had the nerve to call me today and say they enquiring on my vodacom contract that I canceled ***) I don't know this number and never had a contract with Vodacom. Olivia from Vodacom also promised to call but nothing. You guys have been really unfair, do you understand this is ***** but your lack of urgency with this case is really making me more angry. You have no sense of care for people. 😓How do you suddenly associate this unknown account to my personal number when this was opened since April and nothing was connected to me then suddenly this is debiting from my account in July and NO ONE IS GIVING ME THE ANSWERS I DESERVE
