***** case

Vodacom Polokwane Schooeman street I reported a case of ***** with them 4 months back I keep making follow ups they tell me it's still under investigation when I went to enquire today 16 August 2023 I am told the system shows account still active meaning the number in question was neva blocked since I opened a case with them they can't even give me a reference nu I must just keep reversing debit orders till they are done funny part when I first reported I was told it takes 6 weeks to resolve su h cases 4 months later there's no resolution the person who assisted me says she has to resend I doubt she sent the complain first time VODACOM IS HELL OF A SERVICE PROVIDER
