Carte Blanche Is My Next Option

Carte Blanche is my next move. I'm at my wits end. I want a managers email please. You keep deducting money that I do not have! For a phone that is not in my possession! How can you keep taking money while alledgedly investing my ***** case? And I have canceled the contract! I want a managers email.
