Carrier billing magically deactivates

For the past 4 months i have been using airtime as a form of payment for my google play app purchases and subscriptions. It was far easier than driving to stores to buy google play gift cards and made in app purchases and subscriptions a breeze. Recently i loaded R800 for some in app purchases which is now just R800 airtime that im never going to use. When i went into the app to make the purchase my heart sunk in my chest as it notified me vodacom billing was no longer elligible. As someone who has re**** on this for the last 4 months it would have been nice of vodacom to notify me and the general public especially those in similar predicaments as me. Now i have R800 in airtime which i cannot use and when i ask vodacom why it is no longer eligible they reply "because you are not eligible". Whats the magic change in circumstance?!? Something ive been doing for 4 months and now suddenly i cant do it any longer. Wonderful, so now ive sunk in R800 a lot of money for me which i was hoping to make in app purchases with and now i no longer can because im no long eligible and vodacom didnt have the decency to notify me whatsoever. Thank you vodacom. I appreciate your lack of communication for a communications company. Great customer service once again! 2 stars, im truly being generous there. It would be 0 but at least you previously offered this service.
