<p>2weeks of awaiting delivery and constatntly calling into the Upgrades department and nobody could get my order re delivered or re procssed - C3d issues, system problem every call was a different excuse. until a mate of mine introduced me to the Vodacom Online Department ********** 4. Let me advisise this department proudly as these oaks are ontop there game with special mention to Sindi Msomi. She was exceptional patient and calm even through all my ranting and raving, only to realise there was no need to. i called in 3 times to follow up and all 3 consultant new exactly how to resolve and track my re delivery. This team is brilliant and you want stuff done on Vodacom trust me after 15 years with the network this is the department. Thank you Sindi and team you guys are an exceptional example of confident and brilliant customer sales and service. Keep up awsome work</p>
