Careless Service

I am a paraplegic and I have to help myself in & out of my car, which is really challenging. Today I went to the Vodacom Shop at the Highveld Mall, to give my Sony Xperia T3 in for repairs due to it not charging. They then referred me to the ONLY repair shop in Witbank at the Saveway Centre. When I eventually got there & I eventually reached the door, they said sorry we are closed! May I add that there are no trading hours displayed, & about 6 other customers were also referred by the Highveld Mall Shop & all stopped at dead man's door. I begged them to please assist me, as I start work tomorrow & will only be able to return on Saterday. I bought the phone in the first place to use and not just as a toy, which will add another week to my phone being out of use! They refused to assist me, which I reckon would have been another 5 minutes of loyal assistance, but unfortunately in South Africa there is no such thing anymore. I returned to my vehicle where I phoned the customer care line to get a complaints number, 2 of which are not available, who would have guessed? My opinion is that the repair shop should stay open as long as the sales shop as there are more repairs than sales!
