Careless and dysfunctional

Mine is a case of identity *****. On the 30th June 2017 I visited Vodacom La Lucia . I wanted an unlimited package contract. I was served by a young Indian man. He informed me that a contract had been opened at a different shop in Durban as well.(mega city in Umlazi) but they somehow realized the documents were **********. They were not fazed by this event claiming that it is a known and normal occurrence with Vodacom . They were also happy to inform me that they do absolutely nothing about their ********** cases. Seeing that I was livid about the whole situation they decided to lie to me . The manager of the store told me they would get their ***** department to call me and they will definitely sort it out. I went and opened a ***** case with the police. Up until today I haven't heard from Vodacom's ***** division. I decided to try Durban North branch as I desperately needed an unlimited package with the so called best network in the country (total BS!!!!). Today on my invoice I was appalled and extremely infuriated when I saw they have now merged the **********'s details with mine when I distinctly emphasized the importance of making sure my details are proper and correct. They have not deleted the ********** peron's details on the system. So how can they even verify my details. How about the billing?Durban North and La Lucia stores have young managers and owners AND employees who do not give a **** about correct details but are more concerned about getting business and their contracts. They don't even care about the ***** cases they sign up as long as they can get their money in. Maybe they are in on the **** hence their nonchalant attitudes towards *****.
