Can’t wait to cancel - Useless

If there was. -(minus) rating available I would go as low as I can. Vodacom have become to big to care. I had over 300 minutes disappear overnight. I checked phone app about 10 min before midnight on 31 Jan and on 1 Feb I am told I used them up - SERIOUSLY - how stupid do they think their clients are. After being a client from the day they opened their doors I can honestly say Vodacom has become pathetic. My contract expires soon and I can’t wait to cancel.
