Can't talk to a vodacom consultant.
I am trying to talk to a customer service consultant, when I call 082135 it informs me that your virtual assistant Tobi will reach out, and the only option I am given is to decide if it's via WhatsApp or sms. There is no option for me to talk to a consultant. Why?
