Cant take another contract phone

So I went too vodacom store at pan Africa mall to upgrade my contract. The consultant checked for me on the system and she said I can't because I upgraded in April. When I asked her what did I take she said the system doesn't show her. We them called vodacom and the other lady said it shows that I upgraded i. I asked her to tell me what did I take and she said she can't see on the system. I also have the recording of this conversation since my phone records every time I make a call. They then said I have to go to the police station to make an affidavits so that they will investigate. So I need a proof of what did I take and where did I sign. You can't say I took something but when I ask what did I take you can't tell me what it is. I want this to be sorted out asap because now I can't take another phone because of this **** otherwise I will take you to the ombudsman. Is this how you treat your customers?
