Can’t stand Vodacom and the pathetic service!

Wish I could give a minus! 2 months waiting for my online uograde to be resolved after it was ****** at RAM!!!! No feedback!!! Ive requested voice recordings as ive been told so much nonsense and lies over the past 2 months! Want to cancel account but they need to resolve first...what about breach of contract????They need to sort themselves out!!!!
