Can't redeem BP voucher.

Vodacom has responded as they said their consultant will contact me regarding the BP voucher that No BP petrol station in Bloemfontein can be able to redeem. But the consultant did much to find a resolution instead she told me to try and talk to the management of BP petrol station when I want to redeem the voucher as if the whole deal was negotiated by me or as if I'm working for Vodacom. So there's no solution.
