CANT RECIEVE CALLS!!!

I cant receive any calls. I can make them, and data is working. Been to local voda shop twice, called support on 082 111 several times. No one can help me. I get told its an technical problem. Since last week Friday.. Im fed up!! I am losing business and money because of this. How will vodacom pay me back? I Pay for this service and its not working. I need this sorted now!
