Can't receive sms or calls

How flippen pathetic is it if I can't receive phone calls or sms. I can call and I can send sms. I can't wait flippen 48 hours. I can't add a beneficiary on my bank because I can't receive flippen smses. I don't know when I should fetch my new glasses because they will call me but I can't receive any calls. The service you provide is pathetic. I will cancel my contract if this is not sorted before the end of today. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life from vodacom.
