Can't receive sms

I can't seem to recieve any sms on my phone and vodacom call agents are not helpful at and this is not a nice inconvenience, I tried changing the sms centre number, Un barring my calls and nothing works, funny I can recieve call, make calls, send sms BUT CAN'T RECEIVE SMS #Blackfriday
