Cant receive calls from any number unless its a vodacom number

<p>I recently ported a MTN prepaid number to a Vodacom contract, now i cant receive any calls unless it is from a vodacom number, it goes straight to voicemail where it is the MTN voicemail. today i put the old MTN sim card in my old phone and it still works, so now i can receive MTN and Landline(telkom) calls on the MTN sim and vodacom calls on vodacom sim. i have missed so many work related calls from clients which is unexceptable. I have phoned vodacom data support, account support and the store i bought it from and i have not received an answer, the service through out getting this new vodacom contract has been poor to say the least, but wont go into the detail on that as i just want my phone/simcard functioning as it should.</p>
