Cant receive calls

Vodacom service is so bad I'm so disappointed , I got a new phone on contract in September and did a sim swap to keep my old number , but since last week Thursday (08-10-20) iv been having problems receiving calls and sms I call Vodacom call center numerous times throughout the weekend eventually on Monday I went to KwaDukuza Mall and they were very helpful they try and sort out the issue I start receiving SMSs but only to find out that I cant receive any calls , infect the only numbers that are going through are the calls from Vodashop, I'm so frustrated , the sim card isn't the issue I can make calls use the internet it just the issue of receiving calls and its almost a week now
