Can't port numbers to Vodacom.
I have been to your Vodafone store in Fourways Mall 3 times in the last month to port my number to Vodacom. First time, they have told me that they are off line, they can't assist me. Second time, same story, and last week I went in again - this time Hilton at Fourways Mall Vodafone store told me that they can't port numbers to Vodacom. They have had problems with porting number for the last 2 years??? Why is this so difficult to port a number to Vodacom? Shocking service!!!
